I just want to express my gratitude towards the Yard Warriors for how they have blessed me in so many ways. Almost seven years ago my husband, Cruz, passed over to Heaven, and once the reality kicked in I was so overwhelmed with caring for the yard. Not only was I grieving his loss, I just couldn't keep it together, and life was getting darker and darker for me to be around anyone or even attend church. I started to isolate myself from everyone, and shortly after that COVID hit, so I didn't need to make excuses anymore. One day I received a call from Richael informing me that Fred was coming over to clean the yard. I didn't realize that he attended church, but what these Yard Warriors did brought me to tears. They circled around me, placed their hands on me, and prayed over me. It was almost three and a half years before I was able to return to church once again, with some interruptions during COVID. I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the Yard Warriors—men, women, and children—who have blessed me so much by helping me come out of such a dark season in my life.

“The "Yard Warriors" is a group of Christian, Mature men and young men that offer their garden skills service to elderly people, like myself, that have limited resources and are not able to afford the high-priced Landscape companies. Their work is of first class quality for whatever your backyard needs may be. They do Grass cutting, cleanups, tree or shrub cutting. The best part is that they leave your backyard or garden looking clean and beautiful!”
